This Technical Services Manager role is within a well established growing food manufacturer.

Job Description

You will be a key part of the technical team reporting into the Technical Manager, responsible for managing and improving various company technical systems.  You will need to possess experience of managing HACCP and have good leadership skills, with proven achievements in engaging and influencing individuals, as you will be working with all levels cross-functionally.  

Additionally you will look after writing specifications, internal and external auditing, raw materials and packaging management.  The ideal candidate will have experience in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment. Customer and supplier contact will be part of this role to ensure standards are maintained, so previous exposure to retailers will be advantageous.    

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being in the factory and wants to be part of a growing Technical team.
