Job Description

A major blue chip business based in the South West of England supplying short shelf life, chilled food products to the major UK retailers.

We need exceptional candidates with a strong background in production with significant operational experience that has included the practical implementation of CI initiatives.  You will have proven, specific examples of the changes you have implemented in a fast-paced factory environment.  We need you to do it again for us!  You must be a strong leader with the charisma, personality and gravitas to drive the factory team to the ultimate goal of manufacturing excellence.  You have seen that in job vacancy adverts before but in this case it’s crucial.  We need an interim manager with energy and drive and the ability to engage with a team.  With your help our client’s team will work differently and hit the relevant targets to ensure this operation makes a positive step change.

There is real urgency with this vacancy but we need quality, energy, charisma and operational skill to make this happen.
