An opportunity for an interim concept technologist to deliver innovation and commercially viable products working alongside the product development team in this progressive chilled food manufacturer.

Our client produces a wide range of innovative products and has had real success with major uplift across a number of their product categories.  The product development team are used to working in a fast paced, challenging market.  Due to a number of exciting projects facing the business they need to increase their resource.

This highly successful chilled food manufacturer requires an interim Concept Technologist to work alongside and support Chefs to ensure that product integrity is carried through from kitchen to factory, translating kitchen specifications into accurate factory formats.

The successful applicant will combine an appreciation of market trends with creativity and a flair for product innovation. Previous experience working in a similar role is essential where you will have been used to working with complexity in products and know how to work effectively with process and factory teams. You will be tasked to assist on ideas and translate kitchen recipes on exciting products that are commercially viable in line with business and customer strategy. As a concept technologist you will be a driver of innovation that will exceed customer expectation, possessing excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail, proving to be resourceful and reliable with a positive determination to succeed.

The role requires an enthusiastic team player that has a genuine passion and knowledge for food and ingredients.
