Our client produces an exciting range of chilled products which it supplies to major UK multiples. This international food manufacturing group, can definitely be called a market leader in the chilled food arena.

As the Interim Night Section Manager you will ensure the delivery of agreed KPIs across the team, making sure that KPIs are understood and utilised to support day to day and business objectives.  The successful candidate will have previously planned, organised and measured labour and material requirements. Previous experience of maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, hygiene and housekeeping in line with Good Manufacturing Practice is needed, ensuring that high standards are met and audit requirements are fully achieved.

To be successful you will have: -

• Experience of managing large production teams within a food manufacture
• Experience of coaching and developing team members
• Proven leadership and organisational skills
