    This opportunity needs an experienced NPD Manager with the passion and energy to work closely with a number of European sites to ensure the ranges delivered meet both the business strategy and deliver the growth required to meet international turnover targets.

    With a strong background in food service and menu development, you will have the confidence and gravitas to lead projects across a number of regions.

    Commercially astute, you will align project priorities with regional activities and lead product reviews.Working with the calendar programme you will communicate closely with all European partners on initiatives and drive through its successful implementation.Working with the European partners, understanding local market competition as well as food development in those areas ensuring optimum success across product ranges is critical.

    Working alongside your development colleagues ensuring best practice is instilled across the team with your peers in different markets.

    Knowing the market, able to identify gaps and act accordingly with innovation, setting the correct plans in place with the senior management team.

    Dealing with the supply base ensuring they understand the quality and demands the business work to and the correct procedures are implemented by them.

    Assessing and auditing products from the supply base on a volume and local level.  If action is needed, working with the global technical team ensuring all suppliers passes the relevant audit status.

    Financial understanding and awareness is required to ensure all activities are within budget and financial targets are met.

    A confident operator with successful achievements in influencing key stakeholders and managing diverse projects.

    Experience of menu management and an understanding of the informal eating out market.
    Fluent in English - written and verbal.
    Able to travel frequently - 2 weeks per month.
    Commercial awareness.
