A highly successful food manufacturer of short shelf life chilled products with excellent, long term relationships across the retailers.  Successful growth enjoyed with a increase in launches augmenting the need for an interim.

After a successful change management piece in the production environment this business have benefit from smoother processes and seen increased productivity linked in with impressive increases in customer service and process flows.  This has been essential due to the growth they have experienced across the business.They are keen to bring in an operations interim who has the gravitas to work with the team to focus on some specific operations projects and bring a 'common sense' approach to Continuous Improvement.  They are ready to take the next steps in driving further change but in a more specific and detailed way.  

You will have a significant track history of short shelf life food production and will have managed reasonable sized teams.  You will understand the theory of lean manufacturing and CI but have the knowledge and experience to embed this in a business using a common sense/team approach.A coach and mentor of individuals, you will have the skill set to work intuitively with the individuals in this positive and hard working production team.
