Job Description

We are looking for an interim who can provide the correct production management to lead a team in the operations department to a high standard to meet performance targets.  You will have developed strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and mentor individuals.

Experience of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing throughout your career and the ability to implement this in a common sense, logical way is required here.  During the initial interview stages tangible achievements will be sought and the process taken to reach those goals discussed.
