Our client is a major supplier to the UK's leading retailers, supplying hand crafted, premium chilled food products.  This business t is experiencing significant investment currently and is looking forward to a period of growth.

As Resourcing Manager will have a track record of enabling senior management to understand and own people issues within a business. You will know what 'good' looks like in terms of key appointments, and be able to coach and mentor across the Senior Management Team to develop the required quality and calibre of individuals to meet the operational and strategic goals of the business.  Within this role you will be supported by a small team of HR business partners to aid in the recruitment needs of the company.

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and will possess the energy and passion required to work within a progressive and fast changing business.  You must have experience within a multi-functional manufacturing environment in a Senior HR Capacity.  You will have excellent communication and influencing skills and will have a lead from the front attitude.
