Job Description

This is an urgent requirement for an interim shift manager.  You will need a background in food production and have the ability to drive efficiencies.  You will enjoy being in the factory, close to the team and being hands on to deliver the improvements needed.  Proven people management skills are critical to this role.  You will be experienced in managing variances and ensuring you communicate progress and issues with your team.  A real leader of people who understands the demands and pressures in a fast paced, food production environment.

Tangible production/operational achievements are key – we need to see the what and how!  This is a classic interim management role with a 3 month timescale to put your experience into practice.  An excellent opportunity to join a successful business that has experienced positive growth in the last 2 years.  You need to be operationally strong and a very good people manager who has the evidence to display your skill.
