This business needs an interim technical specialist who has solid experience in the food industry either within manufacturing or retail.  Your ability to work at pace, with technical integrity and complete understanding of the commercial agenda is key.  The successful candidate will be reporting to the Lead Technical Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and support and managing third party suppliers to ensure that standards for quality, safety and legality are met.

• To be successful you will have:
• The ability to make decisions under pressure and manage business critical issues
• A degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a closely related discipline
• A good working knowledge of HACCP or FMEA
• Enthusiasm, flexibility and excellent communication skills
