Job Description

A growing business in the food industry supplying to both foodservice and the major retailers. They have a number of sites and need a warehousing professional who understands how to motivate, lead and drive a team of individuals. Having worked in logistics as an interim manager you will have the experience to understand where the issues are and have the gravitas to drive this team forward. Interpersonal skills and sophisticated man management skills are critical to this role and evidence will be gathered at interview.

A ‘common sense approach’ to continuous improvement will be required to improve the environment, culture and people issues.

The client require someone to start in September.
