You will have significant manufacturing experience and evidence of your ability to influence and engage all internal functions. Your experience and knowledge in this arena will enable you to set the strategic vision for the future. You will ensure full engagement to Health and Safety compliance giving it the highest priority. Previous man management experience and proven skills in developing teams is critical.
