This is an urgent role for an experienced TM who has strong people management skills and has proven examples of mentoring, training and educating teams. You will need a background in chilled food production and have worked in high risk areas. With good leadership and proven achievements in engaging and influencing individuals you will offer support and enjoy being in the factory getting involved in tactical issues. Ref: SLM7868
