Job Description

This is an urgent requirement for an interim production manager.  You will need a background in food production and have the ability to drive efficiencies.  This is not a role for a facilitator; you will enjoy being in the factory, close to the team and being hands on managing a team of 25-35 people.  Proven people management skills are critical as is experience of short shelf life, multi-component food production.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced, dynamic business and assist in an interim capacity during a transition phase.
