Summary

This is an urgent requirement for a hygiene expert who has significant experience of working in high risk chilled food environments.

Job Description

We need a confident individual who can sit close to the operation ensuring the current hygiene systems are adhered to.  You will need a hands-on style and be able to train operators and hygiene staff in all relevant hygiene areas.  Previous responsibility for hygiene budgets would be a significant advantage.

An immediate start would be preferable for this position.
