We are working with a high profile client who has a long term need for a senior process development manager to join its team during a busy time of growth.

Job Description

The product category is extremely fast paced chilled food and requires someone who understands how to work at speed, prioritising tasks whilst maintaining accuracy.  With a wealth of process and technical experience you will have the gravitas and influencing skills to lead of team of individuals and manage cross- functional relationships.

Supplying into the retail sector you will be dealing directly with the customer so will have a background within food manufacturing supplying either Marks & Spencer, Waitrose or Sainsburys.  We need a polished professional who understands food values and how to manage retailer relationships and sometimes conflicting priorities.

You will be a forward thinking individual who will understand retailer plans and be able meet those, gaining input from other functions through your influencing skills.  Managing the critical path and hitting milestones is a given in any process role so proven examples of your successes in this area will be required.

You will be organised, a co-ordinator and a developed man manager who can make an impact and lead a team.
