This is a great opportunity for an Interim Electrical Engineering Supervisor to join a large successful food business. The role is for an initial three-month contract starting as soon as possible.

Our client is a market leading chilled food group. This is a fast paced food manufacturing environment based in the midlands. They produce a wide array of products for all of the UK’s major retailers.

The role itself involves all the usual aspects of an Engineering Supervisor’s position. You will be expected to hit the ground running as there is currently a vacancy and have a proven track record of managing a team. Supporting and developing individuals and delivering engineering reliance within a complex manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be electrically biased and have a proven track record within a similar role. You will ensure that your direct reports carry out all required work to the highest standards and within regulations. You will be a proven communicator, working to engage individuals and bring a team ethic and inclusive approach to man management.

For this role, the successful candidate must:

• Be a qualified Engineer – Mulit-skilled or Electrically biased
• Be capable of leading a team from the front
• Previous knowledge of PM systems
• Experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment – preferably food

The shift pattern for this role is 3 on 3 off, an immediate start is required.
