Excellent opportunity for an interim HR manager to work in fast paced, chilled food manufacturing business, as part of the HR team covering multiple sites for a national food manufacturing business.
Job Description
Our client is part of a major food manufacturer who are highly recognised in the UK food industry. They have a strong HR business partnership ethic across the entire business and the HR function is viewed as influential and key to the success of each division.
As a strong HR generalist you have the ability work to tight timescales and have the influencing skills to work alongside the senior management team ensuring business alignment and engagement across all functions.
Relationships and strong examples of working collaboratively with colleagues including the senior management team are critical.
You will have worked in a similar paced environment in food or FMCG and have the energy and drive to meet the demands of this often rapidly changing environment. This role needs someone who can rearrange priorities and be adaptable to tackle new issues.
You will be a ‘savvy’ HR professional who has worked with unions ideally in a manufacturing environment. A sophisticated communicator who can translate the needs of the business across multiple functions.
Candidates must be qualified or studying towards their CIPD qualification.Candidates must be available for a November start date.
