A long-term sickness issue had just arisen during their peak period and a forthcoming audit meant that needed technical expertise in their category. As a result of the successful interim we placed the audit was passed and the major areas were improved upon. Despite it being their busiest time of year the interim made process improvements that made a significant difference improving technical standards on site.

An Interim Food Technology job came up for an Interim Technical Director who we placed with a client whose newly appointed MD felt the business had no technical strategy which was essential for the changes needed and planned in the next two years.
