We are looking for a confident Development individual to join an innovative NPD team. You will need to be a passionate food enthusiast with a chilled background. You will have outstanding concept skills and have headed up either an M&S, Waitrose or Sainsbury account. Confidence, pace and of course, a real passion for food is critical. This is a major and critical account that needs a sophisticated individual to lead and drive the concept to launch stage. You will be given the autonomy and freedom to achieve in this pacey and dynamic environment. The business have been very successful in their recent NPD projects which has resulted in the need to build the team.
