Reporting to the Head of HR you will provide full and proactive support for employees within various departments of this fast paced food processing business. You will ensure Line Managers understand and buy into the people issues within their area and HR influences their decisions. Working in conjunction with Line Managers you will be a key part of driving change / improvements in their specific area to meet the objectives of culture cost, quality and time. Ideally, you will be part CIPD qualified, and have experience of managing an HR team.
