An experienced Development Chef who has a proven track record of delivering innovation within a chilled food category is required for approximately a two month period, to complete a stand alone project for a major retail client. Excellent culinary skills and an in-depth knowledge or ingredients and food trends is vital. Must be comfortable presenting to customer and be able to work under pressure of time, factory capabilities and commercial parameters.
