Our clients are major branded and own label manufacturers, Uk Retailers and Foodservice providers who look for proven leadership skills, demonstrable ability to understand the mechanics of a business and the P&L.

It is essential we find Interim MD's who are well known and respected by the major UK retailers. Not an easy ask and that's why daily rates we work on go up to £2000 a day for outstanding candidates. The length of these assignments does vary but we are normally looking for at least 6 months - covering a business in distress, awaiting the arrival of a new MD or preparing a business for sale.
