How Much?

Daily rates vary depending on the discipline and level of expertise. In 99% of cases a professional interim will be a Limited Company in their own right. They pay their own national insurance and pension contributions and cover their own holiday pay and health cover. This saving must be considered when looking at the cost of an interim. You only pay for the days they work, if an interim calls in with a cold they know they can't invoice for that day.

How Long?

You will have a short-list within hours. All the candidates will have been pre-screened in person by a trained consultant. The technical skills and ability will be clear from a refined short-list of candidates. The profile will also provide you with the soft-skills to match the individual to your culture and current need. Remember, this is a specialist delivering a solution and leaving a legacy for the future.

Each candidate will come with two client references and a retailer reference where appropriate.

These individuals will understand your product category, its complexities and typical challenges, and will be best placed to give you the solution within agreed timelines. (We know that if you run a chilled bakery products business and need an Interim Technical Manager, you won't be wanting CVs of a technical dairy expert!)
